He was careless in filling out my paperwork. I had to return THREE TIMES to get my FMLA paperwork done correctly. My income and health insurance are dependent upon this. When I saw him, I knew I needed time for this process. He gave me a letter for one week. He put me in the position of not having enough time and was then careless about how he filled out the paperwork. Worse was Dr. Borschenko. I had an appointment with him because I was having trouble with Dr. Tsamparlis and my paperwork. Dr Borschenko called me to “set my expectations” that he would not assist me with my paperwork. I’ve never been spoken to in such a rude and condescending manner by a doctor. This was AFTER I had been seen and had already explained my situation and concerns. I have been with this practice for more than 20 years. Horrific treatment.
