There was no follow up plan. I was seen on Tuesday and went in with knowledge that I was questioning my thyroid. I had to wait until the following day for bloodwork and still (over a week later) had not heard from dr analyzing results nor sharing next steps. I had messaged through My Chart and called the office twice and still no forward progress. This is the first time I have seen her and hoping it is the last time. The fatigue and headaches are taking their toll on my daily functioning and over a week later, have not been contacted about next steps is unacceptable. When I called today, I was told she is out of the office this week. There should have been a plan for how to cover patient care.

Dr. Rhee is very knowledgeable, she is a good listener and very good on answering questions in a easy way to understand. Dr. Rhee takes her time explaining the issues and shows a honest concern for the wellbeing of the patient. I definitely recommend Dr. Ok Rhee.

Dr. Rhee was apparently unwilling to allow for refills of Oxycodone-Acetaminophen 5-325, which is much required for significant pain in the left shoulder and arm, and to a bit lesser extent the right shoulder. The left shoulder, and perhaps the right, will likely require eventual replacement. In the interim, the pain is quite debilitating!

Dr. Rhee from day one has provided me and my wife with the upmost respect and consideration with discussing our medical history and reviewing options to better our day-to-day living. Her knowledge and insight have helped us with adjusting our medications to be more consistent in addressing our medical conditions. In addition, Dr. Rhee provides consistent timely updates in MyChart regarding our visits making the communication seamless with knowing our results along with the next course of action.
