She did not hear that I woke up in the middle of night with severe back pain going across my right hip and all the way down that leg. I later noted the knee was very swollen. I told her I fell in late June, and since then, I have had pain, spasms, and limited range of motion in my right hip. She referred me for X-rays of my back and knee, but I don't know how much of the hip can be seen with a back view, if any. Also, she said she was referring me for PT, but she did not give me a script, and did not fax the order to my facility of choice until I called and requested the follow through. In addition, I haven't been given the results of my X-rays (completed last week), and I don't know what the problem is with my hip and knee. I was not referred to any other physician or for any other testing. I will apparently begin PT without myself or my therapist knowing what is wrong besides swollen knee. Also, she did not prescribe any medicine to help me. I would previously take cyclobenzaprine for back spasms, but CVS called to tell me it interacts negatively with a bladder med I need to take, causing falls and confusion. I stopped that muscle relaxer and asked for something else that would not have that effect, but she was not able to help. CVS said the new medicine she prescribed would have the same effect, so I did not pick it up. I have had chronic back pain for over 30 years, and neck surgery as well, yet I haven't nothing available for when I get severe spasms.

I would not will not recommend practice as they are too busy for even current patients.

I think Rebecca is going to make an excellent doctor and she is very attentive to the things that I am being treated for.
