She seemed distracted, wasn’t organized and didn’t listen very well.

this was my first with her. She was thorough in in determining cause of my visit to office

As I previously stated, she was very thorough and was interested in me.

We did not hit it off. She questioned my answers as if I was answering incorrectly. At times she seemed abrasive.

I just wished she would have been a little more attentive to my explanation of why I was there and what prescribed medication I requested told me I needed to see a dermatologist I have been in the past visit was unsuccessful with Dr proscriptions don't really work just gets rid of it temporarily. I want to be treated with kindness and respect and to have communication about my care.

She was brusque, and turns out did not give me the proper diagnosis for my issue (which I got during follow up visit with my primary care provider Julia Wells) but instead vertigo was caused by me being tired and stressed, and also did not give me referral for PT which I found out in my follow up visit with Julia she had written down but failed to give me. Julia gave me the referral. So I do not have confidence in her.

She was very nice, easy to talk too. Very helpful and thorough.

She was amazing , to be honest, I had not been to a doctor in decades. And she far exceeded my expectations. She was honest, gentle sincere I felt on my side with suggestions related to health and exercise and blood pressure. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Hazzan is not a good provider for individuals with intellectual disabilities. She either ignores the individual and only talks to the support staff or treats the person like they are a burden.

Professional, thorough, knowledgeable, attentively listened to my concerns/symptoms, explained next steps and made appropriate referrals for further tests. After tyhe visit and tests referrls had been completed, she made further referral for additional test promptly and posted such info/expectations on MyChart after initial test results were received.
