It's my second time seeing him for a sick call and both times he was kind, compassionate and validating. My current provider often looks at me like i'm making a big deal over nothing and doesn't seem as caring. I felt that always Dr. McGrade has seen my issues a zillion times before, he reviewed it with me as if I wasn't a bother and gave me suggestions for next steps (referral to allergist) if it didn't improve. I felt cared about, despite it being something he's dont many times before.
