Sub par exam She didn’t do an exam if my Liver Eyes Reflex’s Thyroid

I’m a new patient to this Dr. Only visit her twice.

Was not knowledgeable

As I stated in the beginning of this review. Dr Agarwal made sure to eliminate other illnesses as to narrow down what my illness could be.

She dug in my ears to get ear wax out very painfully before giving up causing a week of ear pain, had poor bedside manner, dismissed my concerns regarding my weight, and took multiple conversations and phone calls to have medication prescribed correctly.

I love Dr Ocampo but it was good that Dr Argareal was able to do my pre-op appointment. She took the job seriously and asked questions as I do not normally see her. She also made me stay for bloodwork but helped me get it onsite that same day. She did a good thorough job.

She was very pleasant and seemed concerned about my discomfort and symptoms. prescribed medication for pain, infection, explained how each should be taken/used. I think more nasal spray was prescribed that I needed for the current infection. If less was prescribed and then more needed, it could have been refilled. I was not aware of the amount prescribed until picking up the prescriptions ordered.

She takes the time to read my records and to go over the areas of my concern with me (repeated tick bites). She is warm and positive and approachable. Gives me confidence in her competence and compassion as well as her expertise.

Was there for a sick visit. Never listened to my lungs or checked my ears. Charted my lungs were clear but never listened to them. Sent message after 5 days of medication and was told that the amount of medication prescribed was adequate and I didn’t need any further medication. I was clearly still not feeling well. I’ve been thinking of leaving Prohealth for awhile. It is not the same as it used to be.

Doctor Sonal Agarwal was very professional and addressed all the queries with utmost care. She thoroughly inquired about the medical conditions and probided helpful suggestions when needed.

Professional and caring

She was quite patient. She listened. We agreed upon a treatment plan.

I found her to be hard to understand due to her accent, and my blocked hearing ducts. I also think she did not take enough time to go over the history of my sickness. I also think I should have had a chest x-ray when I was in on [omitted].

She was efficient, gave me good information and was kind and personable.
