Dr. Nguyen has been my primary doctor since he became a member of Pro Health. I am very satisfied. He is professional, knowledgeable and compassionate. I use the patient portal and he always replies in a timely manner. I never feel rushed during my visits. When I ask a questions, he always addresses my concern very patiently. My wife is also a patient and she has dementia. On our last visit, he showed how understanding he is about her problem and was very concerned about her health and well-being.

My first annual visit with Dr. Nguyen was an annual physical in early 2025 and he spent a great deal of time and was very thorough, listening and replying to my questions and concerns. My latest annual physical ([omitted]) seemed rushed so I was less satisfied. Perhaps it was an off or especially busy day, but the annual exam is important and time should be allocated accordingly.
