Everyone is entitled to a bad day, however, I have been on HRT for 25 years and she treated me like I was an ignorant woman. She recorded our meeting on her phone, and when I read what she wrote on the transcript I laughed because she twisted some of the conversation. In addition, you can't record body language or facial expressions. The air in the room was thick, and I have sought out another association to help me with my medical issues.
