Don’t feel rushed and answers and addresses my concerns.

She listened to me carefully and answered all my questions. Provided me with info about what my concerns were and followed up by arranging an appointment for me to have a test. I felt she was an excellent doctor and I felt a lot less stressed after my visit with here. This was my first time seeing Dr Rhee and she seemed to be a very caring and knowledgeable doctor.

There was no follow up plan. I was seen on Tuesday and went in with knowledge that I was questioning my thyroid. I had to wait until the following day for bloodwork and still (over a week later) had not heard from dr analyzing results nor sharing next steps. I had messaged through My Chart and called the office twice and still no forward progress. This is the first time I have seen her and hoping it is the last time. The fatigue and headaches are taking their toll on my daily functioning and over a week later, have not been contacted about next steps is unacceptable. When I called today, I was told she is out of the office this week. There should have been a plan for how to cover patient care.
