Dr. Banack is the best of the best and she really cares about my children & their health & safety.

This was one of the worst experiences I have had to date for my [omitted] year old son. The provider used scare tactics telling him stories about people she knew with cancer to try to coerce him or scare him into wanting to get the HPV vaccine while she was alone with him. Once I got in the room she continued to try to convince him and myself. I asked for actual statistics of boys or men who had been diagnosed with cancer related to HPV and she couldn't provide that information. I asked to see the ingredients in the vaccine which she did not provide. She basically argued her side with non valid statistics and nothing to show me other than her opinions. It was very uncomfortable and unethical in my opinion. She also insulted our family choices on blending naturopathic medicine with our lifestyle saying it isn't recognized in the medical community and doesn't work. Naturopathy saved both my children from years of being misdiagnosed as having acute asthma that had them sick from age [omitted]. They had been pumped full of unnecessary steroids for years until we found that they had food allergies. Once they stopped eating their food allergies the inflammation all completely stopped and they no longer relied on steroids or any asthma meds. Clearly for my boys naturopathic medicine was the answer. I would never recommend this provider to anyone and she should be ashamed of how she spoke to us.

Both the doctors & physician assistants are very grateful and kind to the patients then they are patient to explain things even in the details about the medications, benefits and treat the patients with sympathy and kindness.

My twins lead results came back a little high and Dr. Banack was great about explaining next steps.
