FAQ
We suggest you start looking around week 20 of your pregnancy. Babies can come early and you'll want to be ready.
Think about asking friends or your ob/gyn. Or search online. When you search, you'll see clinics that are closest to you. Find a location.
Call us. We'd be happy to set up a meeting and a tour. At ProHealth, you can get to know us at a no-cost meet-and-greet visit.
Prepare a list of questions before the visit. You can start by asking the care team to tell you about themselves and the office. That might answer a lot of your questions up front. Remember to make sure they accept your insurance. View ProHealth's accepted health plans.
We use secure electronic medical records. This way, your care team can see your child's records if you visit another office.
Our online portal is available 24/7 from any computer or smartphone. It lets you talk with your doctor, check appointments, check test results and more.
Most of our offices offer late hours. If your baby is sick or you have routine questions, we're here for you. For life-threatening conditions, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room (ER).
For anything else, always call your doctor’s office first — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our doctors and nurses can help make sure you don't make unnecessary visits to the ER.
Each day we set aside special times for urgent visits. Even after office hours, we have a medical team ready to take your call. Our team will ask you about your child's symptoms and guide you to the care you need.
