Guide to getting the COVID-19 vaccine

Updated: May 13, 2021

Making sure you get the COVID-19 vaccine is one of our priorities. We know you have many questions about the vaccine, eligibility, where and how to book an appointment, and more. This step-by-step guide will help answer them.

Please note: Due to high call volume, do not call our offices for vaccine scheduling or information.

Step 1: Check your eligibility.

All individuals who are 12 years of age or older and live, work, or attend school in Connecticut are eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine. Learn more from the Connecticut Department of Public Health (CT DPH).

Step 2: Book your COVID-19 vaccine appointment.

When you or your child are eligible, you don't need to call your primary care doctor to get the vaccine. We urge you to book your vaccine appointment with any of the health care systems that are offering it.

You can find a statewide list and map of COVID-19 vaccine clinics through 2-1-1 of Connecticut. You’ll enter your ZIP code or town in the location box on the right. Then, press the yellow search icon.
