ProHealth Express Care walk-in centers
Changes to Express Care centers due to COVID-19
To help us meet needs as safely as possible during this time, most of our Express Care centers are limiting care to video visits. In-person care is available at our Bristol, Farmington and Manchester offices by appointment only. For weeknight or weekend care, call 1-888-344-0007. Learn more.
About our walk-in centers
Did you know that almost half of all ER visits are for non-emergency situations? Choosing a ProHealth Express Care walk-in center can save you time and money. It will also keep the ER free to handle more serious matters.
All centers are supervised by a medical director and staffed by doctors, nurse practitioners and physician assistants. In fact, many of them also work in our primary care practices. And all have access to your complete medical records.
We offer high-quality care for the same copay as your doctor’s office.* And you don’t need to be a ProHealth patient to see us. Simply walk in or call to make an appointment.
Express Care centers are open 363 days a year. We’re only closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
When to go to Express Care
If you have a medical concern that needs attention but isn’t life-threatening, call your doctor. If you can’t get an appointment, visit the Express Care center nearest you. In case of a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency medical facility.
