Hot peaches recipe



  • 1–1½ fresh peaches per person (frozen peaches also work well), sliced or chopped
  • Cinnamon to taste 
  • Crushed, toasted pecans, ½ tbsp. per person 


  1. Preheat oven to 375° and spray an oven-safe dish with nonstick coating.
  2. Place peaches in dish and sprinkle with cinnamon. 
  3. Bake until hot, usually 10–15 minutes. 
  4. Sprinkle with toasted pecans. 

Serve with pork chops, grilled chicken, burgers or fish. This is also delicious as a dessert or served on top of oatmeal.
